Refund Policy

1. Right to cancel

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return unopened products for a full refund.

2. Returns process

Contact us at infocenter@spryxellghoniu.world to request a return. We will provide instructions. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is faulty.

3. Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Faulty products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.

5. Exclusions

Opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Perishable or personalised items may have different terms.
